The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of healthy, high-quality food options that made every morning feel like a treat. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa, which was out of this world—beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Osaka. Such a great hotel! Many amenities to enjoy and I really recommend the spa. Breakfast was top tier! Everything was enjoyable. My favorite part was our room. The view was amazing and the staff was always so helpful. They also have a coin laundry. We made sure to use EVERYTHING to our convenience. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful stay! We will be back again.
