The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka is a first class hotel located in the Namba Osaka district. I was thrilled when I checked in that the management had upgraded me to the 27th floor, which was a restricted area. I felt very special when using the elevator to get to my room. I must say having a corner room at that level and looking out your window, the view and scenery of Osaka is breathtaking. Overall, the room is very spacious and clean, and there are a lot of grooming amenities for you at your convenience. And that’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. You don’t have to pack too much stuff. It’s all right here!

Room was spacious and luxurious! The amenities were amazing, especially the gym and the buffet had great variety and good quality food. The hotel was beside the Parks shopping centre and in a very central location. I found it difficult to leave when we had to move on to our next location! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Well located and fresh rooms. Worth opting for higher premium floors for better views and quieter location. Dinner at WhiskyNova was excellent and good variety of breakfast choices. Extremely large hotel with lots of visitors and tour groups but the hotel manages them very well with its diverse restaurant options on the second floor.

This was a terrific hotel find in Osaka and I will make it a point to try to stay with this chain when I visit other locations where they are located (Maldives, for example). The staff was exceptionally polite and courteous and most were fluent in English. The hotel was spotless and the food options were top notch, particularly in a city with outstanding food options. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. The rooms were spacious & the view was incredible, we also booked massages at the spa and hands down one of the best massages ever, the atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were incredibly attentive, and we both walked out feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The rooftop restaurant was another standout — stunning views of the Osaka skyline, delicious food, and such a great vibe. 100% recommend this hotel!
