호텔의 위치는 도톤보리에서 최적의 위치에 있으면서, 방은 적절한 크기로 제공되고 있습니다. 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다. 저녁 9시에 제공되는 도미인 프리미엄 난바의 라멘은 밖에서 사 먹는 라면과 전혀 다르지 않은 퀄리티를 제공합니다. 온천의 시설은 더할 나위 없이 쾌적하면서도 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사는 이런 숙박비를 내고 먹어도 괜찮은가? 걱정이 될 정도로 훌륭했습니다. 오사카를 간다면 두말 하지 않고 다시 찾아갈 곳입니다.

Good area very close to nightlife and dontonbori street. We stayed fri, sat & sun. It was a little loud overnight 1st ywo nights with street noise and ambulance sounds. Sunday night was quieter. Not hotels fault. Just something to be aware of if you want a good night sleep. We stayed in corner room on 14th floor. I would stay at the hotel chain again just not in this area of Osaka. free ramen & ice cream was nice bonus. Also free washers. Dryer did cost money but was worth it to not have to go out.

아침식사는 더없이 좋았습니다. 호텔처럼 화려한 부페는 아니지만 간결하고 따뜻하고 가정식 식사처럼 느껴졌습니다. 깔끔했고, 사람들이 많이 몰리지 않아 편안한 식사 시간이 되었습니다. 대욕장이 있어 하루의 피로를 풀기에 좋았습니다. 3박을 했는데, 한국말을 어느 정도 하시는 스텝분들이어서 이용에 어려움이 없었습니다. 다만 11층에 묵었을때 방이 생각보다 깨끗하지 않아 마지막날 결국 다른 방으로 옮기긴 했습니다. 보이는 곳은 깨끗하고 좋아보였지만, 사람들 손이 닿지 않는 창문 쪽 침대바닥과, 잘 사용하지 않는 것 같은 의자의 바닥시트는 정말 더러웠어요. 양말이 창문 쪽 침대 옆으로 떨어져 주웠는데, 먼지가 정말 하얗게 묻어서 깜짝 놀랐고, 의자 시트 끝쪽에는 먼지가 뿌옇게 앉은 머리카락이 양쪽 사이드에 몇가닥씩 있었습니다. 오랫동안 청소를 안한것 같았습니다. 방을 바꾸는 이유를 묻기에 그냥 좁아서 그렇다고 대답하긴 했지만, 아이가 있어 먼지 많은 곳에서 계속 있기 불편하여 추가지불하고 좀 더 넓은 곳으로 옮겼어요. 청결은 좀 더 많이 신경써야 할 것 같습니다. 청소기 돌릴텐데 먼지가 하얗게 쌓인 숙박이라니... 너무 보이는곳만 깨끗하게 청소하시는게 아닌가 싶네요. 아는분께서 추천해주셔서 이용하였는데 이부분은 실망스러웠습니다.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely excellent. 1. Room: it was the average size of a USA hotel...which is big for Japan. The bed was very comfortable with nice amenities such as slippers and water with ample types of toiliteries. 2. Staff: absolutely the best. Everyone is so courteous and helpful in a very Japanese manner. Staff in this hotel is very functionally fluent in English which was a big difference from my experience in Tokyo. 3. If you enjoy hot spring water, the Asian style hot spring is such a plus. For me, it was the best part of my stay here. Everyone adheres to the rules which makes this experience very serene abd peaceful. The hotel provides all guests with robes that one can wear around the hotel and the hot spring area. 4. Breakfast: The coffee machine is self served wirh fresh geound coffee which was strong enough for Starbucks addicted American like myself. The food was well prepared with heavy slant towards fresh Japanese breakfast items....which I welcomed. There are western pasteries but dont expect a full on Western bkfast food. I have become a fan of Dormny Inn and am planning to stay in Dormny whenever I visit Japan and Korea. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
