Conveniently located near many of the local Namba sites and, crucially, a local Life supermarket. Room was spotless, equipped with a reasonably sized mini fridge/freezer combo as well as hot plate and pans/bowls/cutlery. Loved the bathroom with a deep tub for soaking after a long day of walking and the washing machine made light work with <20 minute wash cycles. You can also request a small travel ironing board and cordless iron at the front desk! The hotel provided laundry detergent and water following a room clean every second day we were there. We appreciated the privacy and the staff’s efforts to communicate and make our day special. My only regret is that the brand new beds are very firm and that wasn’t ideal for my and my family’s needs.

房間設備齊全,地點ok, 洗衫一流方便, 但完全沒有預設位置放行李喼, 如加配兩個摺疊式行李架就perfect! 另外, 窗簾繩位罝在床邊, 要上床拉動窗簾, 非常不方便。

お部屋はとても綺麗で、二人で宿泊するのにちょうど良いサイズ感でした。1階にはアメニティバーがあり、自分が必要なものを選べるのが便利です。無料のコーヒーサービスもあり、滞在中に一息つくことができました。また利用したいと思います。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。4/1のオープン日に泊まりましたが、種類豊富なアメニティバー、利便性の高い客室、チェックイン前に荷物を預けられるロビー、このホテルを選んで心から良かったと思いました。 特に部屋に洗濯機があって、使い切りの洗剤も置かれてました。洗濯後は浴室乾燥で4時間くらい乾かせば、帰ってから洗濯する手間も減って意外と嬉しい機能でした。アメニティバーには化粧水や乳液も置いてあって助かりました。 15階の廊下からは通天閣とあべのハルカスが綺麗に見えました。 また大阪に来る時は必ずここを選びます！
