登記入住櫃台在難波站附近，有一點難找。職員的態度很好，動作快速而且就算語言不通仍然熱心協助！ 住宿離最近的車站(松屋町站)約5-10分鐘的步行距離，稍遠了一點點，但並不難找。最近的車站出口1-4號都沒有升降機，只有其中一個出口有往上的手扶梯。另外，大概是位於住宅區當中，所以基本上是很寧靜、感覺安全的環境，晚上步行回住宿也很安心。 公寓大樓有密碼鎖大門，然後才進入電梯大堂(雖然不大)。有電梯，帶著大型行李不需要爬樓梯。整體住宿非常乾淨整潔，房內外衛生都做得很好。房間主要劃為兩部份，其一是睡房。數量充足的衣架、很小的書桌椅子、一台掛牆電視機。兩張雙人床軟硬適中，枕頭、床鋪、棉被都很乾淨，被子很舒服～空調有冷暖氣功能，運作時也不會很吵。床邊有門到陽台去，沒什麼特別的景色，但有晾衣架可以曬衣服，也在日間提供了自然採光。房間惟一的問題是電視與床邊太接近，導致經過時不方便。另一部份就是睡房外，有基本配備可以洗衣和煮食。廁所和浴室分開，浴室空間很小、非常小，大概是僅能轉身，但還是有小浴缸(只是真的很小)。 總括來講，兩人住的話空間很足夠，放大型行李兩個、日常走動都不會被阻礙。而且交通方便，環境安全。雖然沒有每天的房務清潔，但如果再去大阪也會再次入住～

透過訂房網訂購，溝通方面極差

透過訂房網訂購的，溝通方面非常不及時，行程出發前一星期即以開始溝通，也告知會按照公寓規定時間入住，以已經達成共識能先行置放行李不入住，到了約定時間，於公寓樓下枯等2小時，還帶了兩個小孩，最後找公用電話直接客訴才給鑰匙。

깔끔하지만, 거리상 시내는 멀었음

도톤보리까지 걸어갈수 없는거리였음, 난바파크스까지는 택시를 타면 900~1000엔 정도 나왔었음 택시를 마니 탔음 ㅠㅠ
