Felt like such a treat staying at Hinode Hotel in Osaka. The rooms were spacious, the beds super comfortable, the facilities lovely and clean, wonderful staff and very spoilt the free drinks every afternoon and nightly ramen - plus plenty of fun activities happening at the hotel to join in on. We loved our stay so much - we will be back for sure.

I loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. They don’t provide skincare like the other hotels I have stayed at in Japan but they more than make up for it in the complimentary drinks and 9pm ramen. Breakfast buffet was yummy too. By the end of our stay there we were sad to be leaving.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Free beer and liquor (and other non-alcohol drinks) 3-8pm daily!! Free ice cream 3-8pm daily!! Free Ramen every night from 9-10pm and kids activities daily! Staff was super friendly! Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet and had AC and free amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, etc. The Onsen was clean and hot!!! I loved it here and would without a doubt say this was the best hotel of the 6 we stayed at during our travels around Japan! Also located near the station for easy travel! Lots of snack shops like 7/11 and family mart close by.

The hotel is at a prime tourist location, super close to the park, Nipponbashi and other shopping districts. There are many dining options and it is right next to the metro, making it convenient for travel. Staff is super friendly! I do appreciated the amenities of the spacious sauna and hot spring and the convenience of shared microwave, disposable utensils/plateware and in room kettle and fridge. They also have daily activities and happy hour. Bed was a little too stiff for my Western standards but firm beds seem to be the norm? Room was a little stuffy, didn’t see a control button for AC or heater but I was fine overall

I loved this hotel and so did my family (including two kids of 9 and 7 years of age). Amongst the menu great things this place has are: great location close to amenities and transport; free alcoholic drinks every weekday in the late afternoon; free bowl of ramen every day for an hour 9pm to 10pm & ice cream; access to the wonderful onsen which we used every day; and the breakfast is highly recommended - amazing buffet of all sorts of delicious foods!

We had a great stay and were very impressed with the service. The reception staff were incredibly helpful with everything—from exchanging money and arranging luggage delivery from Tokyo to booking taxis. A big highlight was the complimentary beer for adults and free ice cream for the kids for a few hours each day—such a nice touch. We also appreciated being able to bring takeaway food into the hotel’s common area and enjoy it there along with the free drinks and ice cream. The onsen connected to the hotel was relaxing and a great experience. The room was a bit small—we had a triple room for four people—but the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, and the location was very convenient, with many good restaurants nearby. It’s within walking distance to Shinsekai, and about a 25-minute walk to Dotonbori

This is my favorite hotel in Osaka. Great location near Den-Den and Shinsekai, friendly staff, unlimited alcohol and ice cream, big indoor onsen, rooftop patio, and cool activities hosted twice a day. All of the Bridge Group hotels are a win.

Staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is very clean. The onsen was a highlight for sure and the free ramen and ice cream and drinks made the stay feel like a luxury. My only complaint is the lack of laundry services and elevators. With the amount of people, there should be more than 2 laundry units. And the dryer doesn’t dry well. Otherwise, everything was perfect. And they have luggage shipping at the front counter. I’d stay here again and I would recommend others stay here as well!
