The hotel room was a good size. Family of four and we each had our own bed. Had to use the couch to put our luggage on. Bathroom was fine. From rhe moment you arrive it is great. The staff are very accommodating. We arrived at 0730 and did not want to lug around pur luggage. They did pre-check in, gave us a tokrn coin for the lockers and allowed us to put our stuff in storage, so we could be bag free. The room was great, dpacious, and clean. We stayed in the room with 4 beds. The morning breakfast buffet was great, and good to get the morning going. The location was pwrfect, right in the middle of the Universal City Walk. We got the overnight bus to Osaka, the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and a 1 minute walk from the Universal Train Station. All in all it was a great experience.
