Loved the stay. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved fast. No problems with anything in the property. We had a washer, which was really convenient. Everything was just perfect. The hotel was in a good location it was a 18 to 20 min walk to canal area and to tour pick up zones. There were two nice grocery stores near by and several kobinis. The check in process was a learning curve using keypads.
