The Hotel New Hankyu Osaka Annex is an excellent place to stay while in Osaka. It is conveniently located near lots of shopping, restaurants, and train/subway stations. The room had garbage on the floor when we entered. It is an older building. There is a gap between the tile walls and the bath tub where you shower. Water is entering the gap. There could be mold inside already. I won't be surprised if the ceiling one floor down have water stains. Bedsheets are clean. Very convenient location. 2 min walk to subway. 5 min to train station. Surrounded by shopping centers and food.
