We are so glad we booked MoNday Osaka apartment. Starting from check-in to check-out was a smooth process. All staff were absolutely a pleasure to deal with, esp Sandi(big shout out to her!) , who went above & beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Room was faultless, location very convenient. We would definitely stay here again !

The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was an overall great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was overall very clean, though the floor could have been mopped a bit better, especially in the toilet room, I used some bleach wipes I had to spot clean so I didn’t call down to have them come address the issue. If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

We were travelling as a family of four. The rooms were great as we had a lounge and bedroom that were seperate. Location was great too, only a 7min walk dotonbori. Staff were helpful with any of our questions!

Great size room for three people. Clean and spacious. Liked the beds and multiple pillows. Laundry machine was easy to use as well. Staff gave us clear directions about the property, housekeeping, etc. great little perks like free juice and water, nighttime snack, etc.
