The daily room serving was nice. The fact the swimming pool was for 12 years and over was not good. Our kids were wanting to swim. Not many restaurants nearby. Useful being close to the subway.

Good location, direct bus to Kansai Airport and next to department stores. Staff are very nice and helpful. Too warm without thermostat for room temperature control. Only can be set low, medium and high heating. We have to turn off the heating, open the window, and have an extra fan.

Central and nice

Pros: Location, premium rooms are great. Service is good, able to check out late and store bags.
Cons: All pretty good
Location: Namba shopping walk is 2 stations away, I love that area
Two classes of rooms, one for budget tours and the other premium, recommend the premium unless cost is an issue. Budget rooms are small and a bit old fashioned. Hotel is central to Osaka and has subway lines very close by, airport bus drops you almost right at the door.

Mika-san at reception was very helpful. All good.

Cons: The controls for air conditioner could be better. Hotel could do with a face lift but generally it's ok.
Location: Nearby Dotonbori is great...
Nice hotel. A little bit dated in terms of air con - should have temperature control. Otherwise - everything is good. Great location.
