This property has a direct access to the Midosuji line, exit M17 Yodoyabashi; check in on the 3rd floor. The check in/out process was easy; there was always someone at the desk to assist; essential toiletries were available in their lobby; there is a mandatory room cleaning on day 3; property was overall clean & well-maintained, except the heater in the hallways felt turned up all the time thus contributing to an even drier air, although this might be just a personal opinion; breakfast was fair, most of the selection was the same every day, except for a few items, staff very efficient and as always, polite; thank you for a restful stay!

By policy, my room should’ve had been cleaned on the third day. I did not ask for a clean room until the third day and they still did not do it. They left clean towels on the door and did not collect the dirty pile of towels and pyjamas in my room. Totally disappointing and made my last night in osaka stressful. On the same evening I did 2 machine loads of washing and even after drying it TWICE my clothes on separate machines were still humid. The detergent absolutely stinks as well. My clothes smell like an elderly person. Bedding and pillows were excellent and appreciated a clean floor and all the amnesties. But i do pay to stay in a hotel for it to be clean and tidy and that did not happen.

I don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. I stayed at five other hotels in Japan in the same price range, and this was by far the worst. Rooms and facilities are basic and outdated. The bathroom is poorly designed—the shower handle is faulty, the curtain is not wide enough so water spills everywhere, and the shampoo/soap are cheap neon liquid. The hair dryer is old and kept collapsing mid-use. Breakfast was bad. The food quality was the lowest we’ve seen. If you are gluten-free or have dietary restrictions, don’t waste your mone-you’ll be left with steamed mushrooms and a piece of fish. No allergy-friendly options. Laundry service was equally frustrating. I came as the dryer cycle ended and found staff removing our clothes—still wet. We needed another 30 minutes but weren’t allowed. We had to hang everything around the room and put back in a dryer at 6am before leaving. No complimentary water in the room either.

Convenient, quiet hotel in Osaka

Stayed here several types. Convenient location to metro (don’t even have to leave the metro to enter to hotel!). Friendly staff and reasonably priced, new hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here- plenty of amenities, nice staff and close to train station. They even have face masks and bath salts that was a nice touch to have a self care bath after a day of walking. Comfy beds! I highly recommend this hotel

Very pleasant stay!

Lovely hotel, very kind staff, easy check in and check out, quiet area, amazing subway access. (the hotel is connected to Yodoyabashi Station!) Rooms were clean and amenities were provided! Overall 10/10!

Nice place

The room was very small but worked. They provided a lot of extras for the room, such as face wash and toothbrushes. They even provided pajamas!
