This is not the first time that my husband and I have chosen this hotel. The location is superb for shopping as well as for train transport to and fro the airport. Room was spotless and comfortable and the service is prompt and friendly.

The parking and automobile access was very difficult. We had to enter through a parking garage that was only was marked in Japanese with no sign for the Swissôtel in English. An explanation of the automobile access procedures should be included with the reservation confirmation . After contacting the concierge’s desk a gentleman came down to the street to show us the proper way. We greatly appreciated his effort. The employees were very helpful through our stay.
