This property is located just a short walk from Dontonbori, close to shops and was very clean and comfortable with everything on hand. Communication with the property was amazing a great place to stay and would recommend it

Great stay and great location, but...

Great stay and have no real complaints. Please know the hotel is unmanned and we didn't know this going on. This isn't an issue but if you are having luggage shipped here from another city it may cause an issue with delivery. This happened to us and we were unable to obtain are luggage for 2 days. Scheduled to delivery on Saturday and Yamato wasn't open until Monday. Other than this which wasn't the hotels fault by any means we wpuld definitely stay there again.

We are very satisfied with our stay. The place was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very close to shopping centers and convenience stores. Great for family with kids. We will definitely come back here again next time.

My family enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Dotonbori and other tourist venues in the surrounding areas. We also loved the fact that it felt like a home away from home. The amenities in the room such as the kitchenette, the washer/dryer, the air- conditioner, etc. made our stay feel more like apartment living. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Great apartment for staying near Shinsaibashi - walking distance without being right next door. The access to the apartment was straight forward but being shard all online might be a bit tricky for some or for those without access to wifi to have the codes on hand.
