The hotel is very new and extremely clean. While typical of Japanese room sizes (smallish), they were impeccably clean, well appointed with daily towel replacement and free breakfast. From a tourist perspective, it's a little out of the way from downtown Osaka and only one of the express train lines reaches the nearby station (which is thankfully close and near lots of amenities). The local train line takes forever to get here. Additionally it's by a highway so could be loud if on lower floors. Price was perfect and got amazing rest here.

部屋がタバコ臭く、衣類に移るレベルだった。非喫煙者だったので耐え難く睡眠も浅くなり、翌日の予定も変更した。 一方で、受付や朝食のスタッフなど接客にあたるスタッフのレベルは高く、清掃スタッフだけ(もしくはなんともならないなら上層部の問題)と感じた タバコの匂いのしない部屋、もしくは喫煙者なら良い選択かと思います
