Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great! Beautiful location. Pool was nice and warm.The 2 ladies we saw at the the front desk when we checked in were quite snotty and rude. Never greeted us, ignored us for quite awhile while they chatted with each other. Acted like they were being bothered when asked if we could check in. As much as we liked the hotel and our stay ...the horrendous customer service by the front desk would keep us from coming back. Esp.the morning lady at the front desk....we passed her numerous times coming in and out of the front door, she never would even look up or greet anyone. The breakfast staff and cleaning people did a great job though!

Room staff cleanliness exceeded my expectations! The breakfast buffet in the morning was really good the staff there takes pride in how the food looks and the equipment looks brand new amazing job by the associates providing the breakfast up.

This hotel was clean upon arrival, the woman that was there to check us in and out was super friendly and very polite. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! Would definitely recommend and will stay again when in the area.

The hotel is fairly new so everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great with a mixture of hot and cold food. Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff is very friendly Only issue is the lotion in the bathroom is way to scented. Unscented would be best. And water next to the juice is not filtered. Them two little things would improve it greatly 😉

Staff was great. Breakfast had a nice selection just wasn't hot enough. Coffee is exceptional. Room was comfortable, bathroom was huge. Beds had a pillow top, which is not my preference., but some like them. Staff changed our room to a water view due to availability. Thank you.
