The room was very clean and the check in and check out processes were very quick. The only issue I had was that the pillows were very uncomfortable and the blackout curtains do not close all the way so light still comes in.

Staff support terrible. When we wanted to extend our stay there, staff member SHARMA on the front desk made us feel like we were not listened to. She acted so dismissive. We felt that she was acting in a discriminative manner especially that she kept ignoring our presence at the front desk area for about 15 minutes all that time speaking to a man of her origin. The man appeared like he was not a guest at the hotel and was chatting to him in a very casual manner.

I had a great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Ajax. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, making it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
