Upon check in, the date of stay was booked for the following day and we were required to pay for another full night for the evening I wanted in the first place. When I tried to cancel the wrong date, they said I was past the 24hr mark (I was at the 23hrmark) and to call Expedia directly. They took 72hrs to process my request for a refund and declined it. Would never use this site again

Wifi, breakfast, staff were exceptional. The bed was very lumpy and clearly old, the pull-out bed for my daughter was almost un-sleepably thin, lumpy and old. The mattress was disgusting and I had to order several comforters just to pad it enough for it to be manageable.

Property was clean, my room was nice and I loved being able to sit and have breakfast in the morning. Would not hesitate to stay their again, it was so convenient to be able to attend a Lacrosse Tournament.

Great Stay

The facilities are in good condition. Our room had trouble with the doors closing. Main bed is comfortable. Pull out mattress is not comfortable. Kitchenette is a good size. Pool and whirlpool spa is great. Continental breakfast is fantastic. We have stayed twice over the past two months and plan on staying again in the future.

The staff were so polite and helpful. The room was amazing. 2 bedroom suit with 2 ensuit bathrooms, a kitchen with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and a dishwasher and living room. It made the stay with my 3 boys amazing. The pool was clean and roomy. Lots of towels to use and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be booking again 100%

Access to the property was limited due to construction. The pool facility was horribly dirty. The water was cloudy and a film of scum on the water with build up in the corners was evident. The hottub water was cloudy and "Brownish" in colour. The water was clear until the jets were turned on. Then a film on the water and floating debris in the pool and a stench coming from the surface was immediately obvious. The gym facility looked dirty and unorganized. Once in our "premium suite", we started to open the futon for our third child and found it was FULL of crumbs, food debris, a half eaten APPLE CORE and a DOG BONE... It had definitely not been cleaned prior to our check in. I brought this to the front desk and showed them pictures and was told, "so sorry sir, please email them and your complaint to this email". As he proceeded to point at a piece of cardboard that was taped to the front of the desk monitor with a hand written email address on it. I followed his instruction since I was not going to see any help from the guy on duty apparently. However, I have waited a week for any reply prior to reviewing online but I still have not heard any reply or seen anything done regarding my bill or otherwise. I will no longer be using this hotel when travelling in this area for our multiple sports outings or to visit family. No one else in our team will be staying here either by the sound of it.

The staff were very accommodating, the ladies who made and served breakfast were super nice and food was delicious and the variety was great. Everything was spotless the only complaint was that sofas were getting a little tired.
