Really excellent hotel, very conveniently located. The customer service was really fantastic - I arrived nearly three hours early and they still let me check in. Excellent breakfast, and help yourself coffee and fruit through the day is a nice little perk. Highly recommend!

Single room which was small but perfectly adequate. Good shower, breakfast was great, good choice of hot and cold food and plenty of it. Great location, 5 minutes from central station and opera house on waterfront. Staff were all helpful too. Recommended for a few days stay, on the no frills side of things but enjoyed my stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, a lot of options and very well prepared. Location of hotel is very good. Close to train station and to a very nice shopping area with many restaurants and pubs.

The staff was great and they provided a nice breakfast. Good walkable location to shops and transportation. Only negatives were that the rooms are definitely NOT soundproof (and there was all day construction in the courtyard next door) and also the size of the bathroom was tiny even for Europe. Every shower the entire bathroom floor got wet. Compared to the other Thon hotels I have stayed at this one nicer but was not quite up to par.
