Amazing breakfast and brilliant location

Location is outstanding - close to the harbour between the Central station and the Opera House. Easy walk to the main museums and shopping area and well served by public transport. It also boasts an amazing buffet breakfast included in the price - a really valuable extra in a city with such high restaurant prices. The single room was small, but well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and windows which open for fresh air.

My recent stay was fantastic! The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were exceptional. The hotel's location - connected to the train station and near both Opera House and Munch Museum - was perfect. The ample charging options in the room were a thoughtful touch. The room was a bit small but it had everything we needed, excellent bathroom facilities, places for luggage, coffee and tea, a good shower. The location is excellent for the opera and the Munch Museum and transportation is easy for other parts of Oslo. We liked this hotel very much. Also an excellent breakfast and good restaurants nearby. Everything looks very new in this area. And it is next to the train station.

It was lovely but the makeup mirror is mounted in the bathroom at a height for people taller than 6'1" Reception is great, short walk to Flytoget, room great. Breakfast outstanding. Hotel Bartender no interested in serving us. Weird.

The staff has been very accommodating. The room was well-decorated and even if it was just a standard double room, it felt like more than enough space for me to go around. The views are excellent. But the best part has to be its relative proximity to the train station so you can get on a train five minutes after leaving the hotel.

Fantastic location between Oslo S transport hub and the Opera House. Walking distance to the historic centre and the Munch museum. Sadly, the new buildings, opposite, block the Fjord view - but glimpses still possible from the hotel's 4th floor terrace. Rooms, staff and breakfast all excellent. Some confusion as to where drinks from the bar can be served/consumed - but this seems to be Norwegian Law rather than an issue the hotel can address.

This hotel is so conveniently located, literally next to Oslo Central Station. There is a nice big square, a beautiful view of the opera house & harbor, and the venue & food spot Salt is just a short walk. The hotel itself offered an incredibly diverse, huge, delicious breakfast including the full English, American favorites, fresh pastries, omelettes made-to-order, smoked fish, a cheese board, an espresso bar, and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were kind & helpful. Everything was clean & so quiet. The only thing I can "complain" about is the smaller size of the room, but we knew the dimensions when we booked our stay & didn't care because of how the benefits outweighed that.

Weren't able to go on our vacation due to an injury my wife suffered the evening before our flight. They denied any refund citing their policy. Seems like a robbery without a weapon. Had to file an insurance claim. Will plan another trip but definitely will not stay here.
