Great Stay in a Convenient Location

House is in a wonderful neighborhood, close to town. The kids loved being able to ride their bikes and scooters around the neighborhood in the evenings and walk to town in the mornings. Would stay here again!

The house is super clean, has great bones and is large.

My only feedback would be a lack of some supplies. No dish washer pods, couldn’t find the iron. I wish the property had two full baths. That being said, we all loved being there. It’s a really great house.

A nice spot

We enjoyed our stay at the house this year. We had rented the same house for 7-8y but it wasn't renting this year. I love the quiet neighborhood and the shady backyard and porch for hanging out. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was nice. Alex was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect location

House is exactly as described, super clean. Quiet neighborhood but only 2 min car ride to beach and 10 min from Hyannis center. Alex was super easy to get a hold of to answer my questions.

The house is perfectly located with a walk to the beach and to the town

We had a great time at Alex's house. The location is awesome and the house itself is very nice with plenty of space. It has a great deck where we chilled with your friends and grilled fresh fish from the local fish market. Alex is is a very responsive host.
