Nice property, but several items advertised were not working:1. Dishwasher did not work, and there was some type of leak resulting in water on the kitchen floor.2. Iron and ironing board listed as amenities, but no ironing board. I informed management company who sait they would drop one over. They brought a second iron, instead of an irong board.

Lovely Backyard

The backyard and pool are wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out and lounge. The house is classic beautiful architecture and generally well appointed. A few rooms did not have window shades but otherwise no complaints. We had a WiFi issue and the Delmar team was super responsive, within minutes. Great location for access to many beaches.
