Since the lift to the third Floor passes, the last floor is only accessible via a staircase only completed in 2013, the hotel features a sea view with nice equipment. The residence has a swimming pool, a sauna and a massage area. From here you have a direct access to the beach. The house is equipped with an elevator, underground parking and a large spa with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas equipped (a Finnish sauna / bio-sauna) and a massage area , Recreation in all seasons so.
