The three-room apartment is located in the attic of the house and has a balcony from which you have a beautiful view of the promenade of the village. The stop of the well-known narrow-gauge railway Rasender Roland, as well as shopping facilities, bakeries and cafes can be reached in just a few steps. An on-site restaurant is located on the ground floor. The apartment offers a good starting point to experience an unforgettable holiday on Rügen, because the sandy beach is only about 500 meters away from the house Nicolai and even in the cold season, the beach invites to walks in the neighboring towns Sellin and Göhren.

The bright and friendly 3-room apartment with about 70 m², is a Non smoking apartment in the attic for 2 to 5 people. The spacious living area has a couch corner (extra bed for 4./5. Person), coffee table, TV board with flat screen TV (44 inches), Blu-Ray player, mini stereo system, a dining area with 5 chairs as well as the integrated kitchenette. The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for self-catering: dishwasher, microwave, sink, refrigerator with freezer, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and many small kitchen helpers. From the living area you reach the spacious, covered and furnished balcony (south and west) from where you have a wide view of the promenade of Baabe. In addition, you can also access a small side balcony (west). The bedroom with double bed (separate mattresses each 0,90m x 2,00m), bedside tables, large wardrobe and storage space is provided with carpet. Again, you come to the west side balcony. The children's bedroom is furnished with a single bed (0,90m x 2,00m) and bedside table, mirror, shelves and carpet. The tiled bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, vanity and storage space. Laminate was laid in the hallway and living area. You do not have to do without Internet access (WLAN) during your holiday, this is available and included. A parking space is available behind the house. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
