This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Alles soweit vorhanden. Einzig der Urlaub mit Kleinkindern könnte böse enden. Die steile Wendeltreppe ist oben ungesichert. Besonders Nachts wenn Kinder die Toilette aufsuchen müssen sind Unfälle nicht ausgeschlossen. Es müsste dringend eine Schutzgittertüre angebracht werden

Schönes Haus, gute Lage mit einem kleinen ABER
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist gut, so dass alles mit einem Fahrrad sehr gut und schnell erreichbar ist. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft schlecht gereinigt. Dicke Staubschicht und Spinnenweben in jedem Raum. Der nette Vermieter hat unsere disbezügliche Beschwerde auch akzeptiert und war um eine Korrektur bemüht. Eine Buchung kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir selbst ziehen eine erneute Buchung ernsthaft in Erwägung.

Schöne Tage in Prerow
Insgesamt ist das Objekt in Ordnung. Katastrophal war die Sauberkeit. Wir haben zwar selbst einen Hund mitgebracht, aber was wir an Hundehaaren vorgefunden haben, war eine Frechheit. Die Couch voll, der Boden, die Treppe und sogar in den Betten, welche teilweise nicht mal frisch bezogen wurden. Alles voller lange Hundehaare. Kam dann raus, dass eine Frau mit ihrem Hund da war. Die Reaktion der Firma war auch nicht toll. Wir hatten einen Flusenroller mit und haben die Couch mal abgerollt, um der Firma die Haare zu zeigen. Wir wurden nur verwundert angeschaut und der Kommentar lautete: Wer hat den einen Flusenroller mit … war nicht toll. Es erfolgte nochmal eine Reinigung, welche halbwegs funktionierte. Aber für das, was die Firma für eine Endreinigung verlangt, war es eine Frechheit …
Ansonsten entsprach das Objekt der Beschreibung und war ok …

Im Haus muss dringend mal ordentlich sauber gemacht werden. Ausserdem sind einige kleine Reparaturen fällig. Die Treppe sollte besser beschrieben werden da sehr eng, steil...

Urlaub mit Enkel und 2 kleinen Hunden
Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und hat einen kleinen Garten den wir zu dieser Zeit leider nicht nutzen konnten. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles reichlich vorhanden. Toll wäre noch ein Trockner der leider nicht im Hause ist. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe einer befahrenen Straße aber es ist trotzdem herrlich ruhig und man ist durch das viele Grün in einer kleinen Oase.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Ostseefeeling in wunderschöner Natur
Das zentral und ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, es
war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt, auch im Garten/Terasse war es gemütlich.
Das Ferienhaus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz modern aber generell in einem guten Zustand. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut gelöst und es gibt sogar 2 Bäder. Alles hat funktioniert und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut um den Darß zu erkunden. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielleicht wäre es 2019 gut, einen Internetanschluss nachzurüsten und den antiken Fernseher auszutauschen - das kostet wirklich nicht viel.

Traumhafte organisierte Erholung in von Geiz geprägten Eigentum!
Wir durften 9 Tage in dieser traumhaften Idylle verbringen. Die Agentur hat uns sowohl im Vorfeld, als auch vor Ort TOP betreut. Das Haus liegt sensationell, ruhig und trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. ALLERDINGS spürt man im ganzen Haus den Geiz des Vermieters/Besitzers. Lieblos und billig eingerichtet, EINE Sonnenliege für bis zu 4 Personen 😂, ein Tisch, der kurz vor dem Zusammenbruch ist, KEIN WLAN, keine Mülltrennung möglich. Die Küchenutensilien waren irgendwo übrig, entsprechend ist die Qualität 🙄. Auch im Bad ist Luft nach oben, um z.B. Handtücher zu trocknen. Alles in allem also ungemütlich und von Sparsamkeit getrieben eingerichtet. Also nicht wundern, wenn zu wenig Buchungen eintrudeln!!! Ein niedliches tolles Haus 🏠 mit Luft nach oben. Da geht noch was! Wir kommen allerdings nicht mehr wieder, haben für 2020 ein Haus mit „Wärme“ gebucht.
