Kleines Reihenhäuschen am Hafen von Prerow gelegen, großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und geräumige Küche, alles sauber und ordentlich. Dem Hund hat es auch gefallen Die Innenstadt kann man in gut 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Darßbahn-Haltestelle ist praktisch vor der Haustüre. Man kann wunderbare Ausflüge in den Nationalpark zum Leuchtturm machen.

Wir haben sehr den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Georg genossen! Die Ausstattung war toll: 3 Möglichkeiten der Kaffeezubereitung, Waffeleisen, Grill, Fahrrad sowie ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Lappen etc. waren vorhanden. Es gibt 2 schicke Badezimmer: eins unten mit Dusche, eine Toilette oben. Unser 4-Jähriges Kind hatte einen ordentlichen Kinderstuhl, Hocker und Spielzeug zur Verfügung. Die Lage war sehr praktisch in der Nähe von Hafen, Hundestrand sowie Café/Imbiss. Die neue Seebrücke erreicht man über einen idyllischen Fuß-/Radweg in 15 Minuten. Die große Straße nebenan hat uns nicht gestört. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus für Familien

Objekt wie beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, genügend Kinderspielzeug für Schlechtwettertage, Kinderstuhl, Töpfchen, brauch man alles nicht mitschleppen. Das Reihenhaus ist für 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Kleinkind gedacht. Zwischen dem Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss und dem Schlafbereich im Obergeschoss, befindet sich eine steile und schmale Wendeltreppe. Nur als Hinweis raten wir dem Vermieter unbedingt im Obergeschoss so eine Treppensicherheitstür einzubauen. Ein paar Haken in den Bädern hätten wir uns noch gewünscht und auch ein Fliegen-Mückenschutz im Kinderzimmerschlafzimmer am Fenster. Die Lage ist super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haus Lotte

Schöne Sonnenterrasse, funktionale und gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gute Betten, die einen erholsamen und entspannten Schlaf garantieren. Auch das Schlafzimmer Richtung Straße ist in der Nacht ruhig und belohnt zudem mit dem Blick auf den Hafen. Empfehlenswertes Haus!

Leider bei Anreise sehr kalt

Grundsätzlich 3 Sterne für zweckmäßige Ausstattung, geeignet für Familie mit Kindern, W-lan wäre wünschenswert. Abzug für Lage direkt an der Durchgangsstraße, Zufahrtsweg unbefestigt mit Schlaglöchern sollte zumindest erwähnt werden. Wir hatten zudem das Pech, in ein eiskaltes Haus anzureisen, da offenbar bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur seit längerer Zeit die Fenster auf Klappe standen und die Heizung ausgeschaltet war. Nach zwei Tagen war die Raumtemperatur dann bei 20 Grad, Gruß an die Agentur, wir haben uns zum Glück nicht erkältet.

Gut ausgestattet

Geräumige Ferienwohnung aus zwei Etagen, in der auch vier Erwachsene gut Platz hatten. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine hat gute Dienste geleistet. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Alles bestens!
