Schönes Objekt - sauber, sehr gute Lage

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern eine Woche dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir wurden mit einem Willkommensgeschenk (lokale Produkte & Wasser) begrüßt. Die Agentur hat uns mit Tips (Events, Restaurant, Supermärkte) versorgt sowie am 2. Tag nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Sehr netter Kontakt - auch das Wechseln der Gasflasche in der Küche erfolgte am Wochenende unverzüglich. Toll war auch, dass wir 2 Strandstühle & 2 Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung hatten und Wäsche (Bettwäsche sowie Dusch- und Handtücher im Haus) inkl. waren. Dank Waschmaschine & Wäscheständer konnten wir unsere mitgebrachten Strandtücher waschen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Genauigkeit der Anzeige: die Küche verfügt nicht über Stühle (was aber auch nicht nötig ist) und die Kleiderschränke in den Zimmern (nicht abgebildet) haben schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Es ist alles da, was man braucht - auch in der Küche, das Meer ist um die Ecke (3 min zu Fuß) und die Lage ist toll für Ausflüge.

The house was near by the sea, near by stores (food, drink), almost every city near by is reachable by car in 30 minutes. Car rental necessary! Loved it!

Soggiorno piacevole in una villetta molto curata e confortevole,

Ottimo alloggio per famiglie, villetta con giardino, curata e confortevole, ottima posizione (vicino al mare, al supermercato ed alcuni ristoranti). Procedura check-in criticabile perché la persona incaricata non è venuta di persona ma si è limitata a darci indicazioni per telefono, tra l altro poco chiare

Pensavamo meglio

La villetta è in una posizione comoda al mare. È spaziosa e pulita. A pochi km da Ostuni. Alcuni punti da migliorare: -aria condizionata presente solo nella camera matrimoniale (non scritto sul sito) che non rispondeva ai comandi, fatto presente il problema nessuno ha risolto -dovrebbe migliorare la sicurezza (alcune porte esterne non si chiudono e non si capiva quali chiavi fossero) -più puntuale la manutenzione e controllo (il telecomando del cancello da remoto non funzionava). -ombrellone rotto, quello nuovo è stato portato il terzo giorno Nel complesso prezzo alto rispetto all'offerta.

Hervorragende Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, in der Nähe vom Strand aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Siedlung. Viele berühmte Seehenswürdigkeiten, wie Trulli von Alberrobello oder Grotten, befinden sich nicht weit (mit einem Auto) von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach eingerichtet aber dennoch gemütlich, sehr sauber und verfügt über alle notwendige Sachen. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett :-) Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Good location and clean but needs some investments

Location is in walking distance to the local sand beach. Apartment is in a gated community and is clean. Only one bed room has air condition. This is a major limitation during hot summer nights. No dish washer. Kitchen and garden table are very old and need some investments. Bed sheets need to payed extra per person.

Super vacation in Puglia

It is very nice small villa with two bedrooms, ideal for a family. It is situated in secured calm residence 2 minutes from the beach (public and private). Stuff provided us with a travel baby cot and baby chair for our 2 years old son as well as baby towel and linen. Very useful. I appreciated the decoration of the villa (very cozy and original) as well as fleury court. Stuff is very nice and always ready to help you. We had some problems with our car reservation at the airport, but villa stuff helped us to find a solution. I think we will be back next year :)

Perfect location to visit the whole Puglia and within walking distance to a very nice sand beach

We rented the house few days during the fall holidays, The weather was perfect to enjoy different beaches, to swim in the sea and visit various beautiful places and so few people - a little exception with Alberobello. The house was clean , light , the beds were comfortable, we could have breakfast outside everyday, The kitchen is simple but works very well. There is no dishwasher but we did not feel it was a big problem. The only thing , as we are tall , was that the work surface felt a bit low. An additional clothes horse would have been appreciated as the air was a bit damp and it took some time for clothes or towels to dry during the night/morning. The area we were living in is secured with a gate and quite. You are 20 min from Ostuni a worth-a-visit city surrounded by oliv trees fields and there you have also a good supermarket La Famila with a lot of local food. We recommend also the beach of the natural reserv of Torre Guaceto, the old city of Monopoli , Lecce , Santa Marina di Leuca and so much more... We really enjoyed this house.

Sehr schön

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war super! Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und bei Fragen direkt geantwortet. Sie hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Auf jeden Fall sollte man sich ein Sauro mieten um die Gegend zu erkunden. Alles top!

Maison agréable, bien située pour visiter les Pouilles

La maison est agréable, bien concue, dans un lotissement sécurisé. Un peu froide hors saison car il y a seulement une pièce qui a le chauffage (chambre) et elle est très mal isolée au niveau des fenêtres. Il manque un micro-onde, un grille-pain... mais hormis ces détails , on était très bien.La personne qui nous a accueillis (Assunta) est restée en contact avec nous pour nous donner plein d'informations sur ce qu'il y avait d'intéressant à visiter dans la région.

Gut organisiert und sehr schön...

Das Haus und Service durch die Agentur vor Ort war sehr gut. Sie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Das WiFi im Haus ist mit ca. 5 Mbit ausreichend zum Filme streamen. Ab und zu gab es mal Qualitätseinbußen oder kurze Nachlader. Der nahe gelegene Hafen Marina de Ostuni bot auch eine leckere Bäckerei bzw. Foccaria. Ende September waren jedoch schon viele kleine Läden geschlossen und die Orte wirkten zumindest in der Mittagszeit wie ausgestorben. Für uns war das okay. Die Ferienhäuser stehen in mit Autoschranken gesicherten Arealen. Zur Einfahrt braucht man einen Chip. Bei der Erstankunft beachten. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Tolles Ferienhaus ! Sehr zu Empfehlen!

Traumhaftes Ferienhäuschen, das mit allen Alltagsgegenständen (wie z.B. Kochtöpfen oder Waschmaschine) ausgestattet ist. Der großzügige Hof lädt zum gemütlichen Sitzen und Sonnenbaden ein., dank vorhandener Liegen und Tische. Die Strandnähe (ca. 200m) rundet diese perfekte Ferienlocation ab. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war von Buchung (unkompliziert und ohne Kostenfallen), über Ankunft (Willkommenspaket, sauberes Haus, frisch gerichtete Betten und Handtücher, sowie hilfreiche Urlaubstipps), bis zur Abreise optimal und super. Rundum ein sehr zu empfehlendes Urlaubsdomizil, das wir sicher nicht zum letzten Mal besucht haben! DANKE! _ Fantastic holiday house, which is equipped with all everyday objects (like a washing machine). The spacious courtyard invites you to sit comfortably., Thanks to existing loungers and tables. The beach (about 200m) completes this perfect holiday location. The care by the agency was from booking (uncomplicated and no cost traps), on arrival (welcome pack, clean house, freshly directed beds and towels, as well as helpful holiday tips), to departure optimal and great. All around a very recommendable holiday home, which we certainly not visited for the last time! THANK YOU!
