It`s 3 kilometers away from the sandy Adriatic coast and the beach establishments of Rosa Marina. The charming house with minimalist furniture was renovated and equipped with every comfort, for a luxury vacation in Puglia dedicated to relaxation.

The pool, the garden, the furniture: a memorable stay
The beautiful pool with solarium is the perfect place where the guests can relax. It`s equipped with a built-in barbecue grill, a wood-burning oven and the small verandah where the guests can relax, have lunch or dinner or spend memorable moments with family or friends.

Everything was imagined to guarantee comforts in line with the context in which Casale Cimino is in and the original nature of the building, valorizing it and enhancing every detail. The Casale consists of a bright living room, with dining area and kitchenette, sitting room with television and mezzanine floor with sofa bed for 2 guests. The house is completed by the master bedroom and bathroom with shower. Every room is air conditioned. The house is also equipped with a good sound system and internet connection.

The surroundings of Casale
The main feature of Casale Cimino is its position: just 3 kilometers away from the sandy beaches of Ostuni (Rosa Marina, White Beach Club in Monticelli and Baia di Camerini) and 4 kilometers away from Villanova, with its supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The most famous town, Ostuni, with its beautiful old town centre is only 9 kilometers away. The strategic position allows the guest to easily arrive at Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Torre Guacento, Brindisi and Lecce.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 150 per week, payable on-site. 
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Residential waste pick-up
not present. Waste disposal by the recycling depot charged to the client
or extra service with additional fee of 80€/week to be paid on site.
