Lovely location for a relaxing stay within easy reach of neighbouring towns/ villages. Good quality food with menu changing daily. Pool area has a lovely atmosphere with grape vines above sun beds with ample opportunity to move into full sun if that is what you want. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay at Masseria Ayroldi. The property is beautiful, peaceful and full of character, with stunning grounds and a wonderfully authentic Puglian feel. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding towns. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return! The only downside was the wifi, which didn’t work in my room. It worked in the restaurant and by the pool though.

Amazing stay - stunning grounds. It was too cold to use the pool, but it was pristine. The breakfast that was provided in the morning was so delicious and so many options. Thank you for having us !

This is a great place to stay with excellent service provided by the staff. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was consistently well-stocked, and the staff were accommodating to our needs. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times; however, the dinner offerings were somewhat disappointing compared to the other amenities. Offering a wider variety of dinner options, particularly vegetarian choices, would improve the overall experience.

This is the most amazing location! We reviewed the photo album showing the condition of the property when the family first started their renovations. The finished product is incredible. Debora and her staff took such good care of us. We are a party of eight and they made sure that our accommodations were close together, our table was ready at mealtimes, we had pool loungers, and knew where we were heading in town. Alessandro communicated flawlessly to determine when we would arrive and what we needed. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Grazie Mille!

Just Amazing!

Our stay in this gorgeous Masseria was the best. Our room was in our own stone small building and the interior is beautiful and clean. But the best part is by far the friendliness and great service of the staff and of the family who owns the Masseria. The food is also amazing! We will definitely plan to go again!

Great location for exploring Puglia about an hour from Alborobello, Lecce, 40 mins from locorotondo and monopoli. Has a lovely restaurant but your 15 mins drive from Ostuni which is well worth visiting too. The staff are very helpful. The room we had was great the pool is lovely. All in all a great place to start a visit to the area. Would stay again.

Staying at Masseria Ayroldi for five nights was truly something special. The property is stunning, with beautifully kept landscaping and a restoration that has been done with real care and respect for the place. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and peaceful. The pool area is gorgeous and such a relaxing spot to spend time, and the rooms are just as lovely, pristine, comfortable, and full of charm. What really made the stay stand out was the atmosphere and the people. It is a warm, family run place where the service feels personal, attentive, and genuinely helpful without ever being intrusive. Every member of staff went out of their way to help with everything, from recommendations and directions to making reservations and ensuring every detail of the stay was easy and smooth. They were consistently warm and genuine, and made you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrived. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay, and that level of service is one of the most important things when travelling. Every morning breakfast was a highlight, with excellent cappuccinos, fresh juices, and beautiful fruit including the most delicious cherries. There was always a generous spread of breads, yogurts, cheeses, pancakes, eggs, and fresh vegetables that made each morning feel like a treat. We also enjoyed dinner at the masseria, which was just as memorable, and the location worked perfectly as a base for visiting nearby towns. We loved every part of our stay ❤️🇮🇹

Masseria Ayroldi is the perfect retreat if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and beautiful surroundings. Tucked away about 10 minutes from the charming historic center of Ostuni, the location offers true relaxation while still being close enough for a quick visit to town. The design and construction of the Masseria are absolutely stunning—authentic yet modern, with attention to every detail. The breakfast area was spectacular, offering fresh, delicious options each morning. And surprisingly, the American coffee was the best we had during our entire trip through Italy! It’s the ideal place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Puglia in a serene setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, stylish countryside escape.
