TD Trulli Chiara Tastefully Decorated with Pool

Trulli Chiara is the perfect place for those seeking a relaxing holiday in total privacy, not too far from the town centre. In fact, the house is only 3 km from the centre of the famous Ostuni, also known as the 'White City'. The property has an electric gate and private parking. A small avenue leads to the front of the Trulli, where a patio provides shade for a stone seat, complete with comfortable handmade cushions, following a palette of neutral colours that recall our land, a common thread for the furnishings of the entire house. The main entrance leads to a large stone cone that accommodates the living room with sofa and TV; a double bed has been placed inside a characteristic alcove. Here there is a service bathroom with a shower. Following there is a living area with a large table and chairs, fireplace and typical cross-vaulted ceilings. A kitchenette equipped with every convenience with a French window and access to a patio where you can enjoy outdoor dining with a view of the pool. Practical compartment with washing machine and dishwasher inside the kitchen.
The living room leads to the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Adjacent to the outdoor dining area there is also a convenient outdoor kitchen with hob, sink and barbecue, strategically positioned not far from the pool, for maximum conviviality at all times during the holiday. The pool (4x10 metres) is surrounded by a solarium area with sun beds and ornamental olive trees. Here we find the annexe with two single beds, which can be joined to become a double if necessary, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The nearest town is Ostuni, where you will find large supermarkets, shops and pharmacies, and you can also admire the characteristic old town with its white alleyways and the blue sea on the horizon as a contrast. Also not far away are Cisternino, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and much more.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
Late checkout after 13:00 you pay an extra night. 
 
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
