Living areas and out door seating was good. Communication before our stay was terrible. GPS did not know this neighborhood....would be good to have directions. Garbage pickup is daily...when we ran out of bags we were told where to buy more---hosts should provide these. Last day we had to bring any garbage to the 'eco center'. Neighbors 2 cats 'owned' the out door dining area. OK if you like cats. We had to purchase napkins, paper towels, dish washing liquid and garbage bags. Store about a 5 minute drive. No welcome package like other Italian VRBOs where we stayed. Outdoor area off the kitchen did have beautiful views. Thank goodness the owners parents lived next door as the power went off during the middle of the night once and her Mother did come by to reset the circuits. This was a clean VRBO but lacking communication prior to our visit, which was to the rental agency, was very frustrating. No shelves in the bathrooms for your toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. One bathroom is in suite. The second bathroom is right outside the 2nd bedroom door. The third bathroom has no shower but a huge tub..this bathroom does have ample counter space for personal items. There are plenty of dishes and glasses and flatware. The clothes washer is outside and a drying rack is available. This area was convenient to the roads leading north and south and to the beaches.
