Elevated position on terraced olive grove overlooking the Valley of Itria of approximately 14000 sq metres . The property offers a tranquil location, surrounded by farmland, groves, goat farms and alike but easily accessible to Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ostuni. All bedrooms have views of valley of itria , a 3.5 x 12 metre pool and an array of chilling areas in and around olive grove. The large entertaining piazella which offers a wonderful wood fired pizza oven and there is a fully fitted external kitchen as well as an internal kitchen.
