First room we were assigned light bulbs were unscrewed and tv didn’t work. Transferred to a new room beds looked laid in trash in the bathroom trash. Ac was so very loud.

Sheila the front desk person was amazing and welcoming. She had great suggestions about the area. She reviewed our requests and made sure we were happy with all items. Area has everything you would need - keep in mind this is a smallish town. Room was comfortable only item was the kitchen area was not stocked with plates (just one) and utensils and paper towel. We didn’t need to rely on these items but a suite with kitchenette should be stocked and prepared for use. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast but the area looked clean and stocked. When we told Sheila on our way out she apologized but this did not change our mind about staying here again in the future. Will stay here again when in the area.

It’s okay

Hotel is fine, the room had muddy boot prints in the bathroom and the pillows aren’t very comfortable. The lady at desk was very friendly. The pool is nice.

The property overall was clean and has a convenient location. I will say the breakfast was very disappointing. The food choices were very limited. I mean how do you run out of toast options and eggs in the first hour or two and what was available was not very appealing.

We paid through Expedia and when we checked in they charged card again for reservation. After arguing with front desk I was able to get them to understand . Then after we checked out they charged us again for the rooms and had to call and get that refunded . Never have I ever had this happen and have to fight to get refunds when I showed my Expedia receipt

Great stay!

The staff was super nice and helpful. I was from out of town and staying with my son for a few days so he could visit a friend. I spent most of my time in the hotel. I was bored and chatted with the staff a few times. They were great!

The pull out couch sheets where not changed, there was no towls in the swimming area. The containers in the shower for shampoo and such where like empty. The front person was on the phone complaining alot, having cigarettes and not stocking anything. There was no hot water in the lobby for tea but there was coffee.
