Room was ok Windows rotted and window loose due to drain pipe detatched from top and left to constantly been dripping on floor outside Staff were always good and pleasent We felt the whole place needed some TLC the patio flags lifting

Hi firstly going into winter driving into the property there is not much lighting with early nights. I initially parked hy the gym, unloaded my bags and went into gym thinking it was the hotel. I thought just me being daft but there qere at least four others i saw do this also. I would say the dining and drink options were satisfactory but would not say the service or staff was more than that. The food was enjoyable. However as a table of 1 to be charged a service charge of £5 on my bill did not sit well with me when the service i received was ok at best. What is the encluragement for the team yo go above and beyond and provide great service if theyve already got a service charge from me. Yes i know it states discretionary on the bill, however as im sure your aware most will not ask for it to be removed. For me it is the principal of it.

It was okay staff where lovely and very helpful the food was poor and the not taking cash was a nightmare as I only carry cash and there was no where to say that they don’t take cash the room was ok alright to sleep in n next door was very loud but the only issue I really had was the cobwebs and dirt on the walls apart from that it was a ok stay

WiFi is pointless if you’re on business. Really unreliable and frustrating. First night, the bed was so soft my back was in pieces, however the staff changed room for us which helped. Hotel in dyer need of a refurb. Tired all over. £33 for an 8oz steak I do think is extortionate. Friendly and helpful staff

I booked the suite room for my husbands birthday and it did not disappoint, the suite is absolutely gorgeous if it had a kitchen we'd have moved in :) Great place to stay, lovely surroundings, nice staff and tasty food. Perfect 👌

Quality of food in restaurant was very good, friendly place, spa facilities excellent. Hotel, restaurant and bar and spa are all in seperate buildings which are a short walk to and from.

Great staff at this facility we will defo be back. The food was great in the evening and we really enjoyed the spa facilities Minor point please fix the bathroom door stay in room 121 it's sharp n rusty but didn't affect our stay
