Bedding smelt, as did the whole unit, peeling paint inside and outside of unit which had clearly not been swept of leaves/cig butts for some time, significant road noise at night from trucks/hoons. Elec jug had egg shells in it!
Convenient location and good shower.
Clearly this motel has not has any maintenance or upgrading for years.

Hi Ian,
We're very sorry to hear that this was your experience with us.
We will schedule a painter to address the peeling paint. We are in the process of upgrading each of the units, but due to our small size and builder availability, have had to schedule renovations one unit at a time.
I agree it is unacceptable than there were eggshells in the electric jug - we will update our cleaning systems and discuss this with our cleaners as to how we prevent this ever happening in the future. We will also make sure that the front and rear of the units are regularly swept - we had a storm the last few days which may have made things worse than usual.

Thank you for drawing this to our attention. The units are meant to be non-smoking units but clearly a guest was breaking the rules. If you can advise which unit you stayed in we will deoderise it.
