The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. But, we arrived very late after moving and the computer system was down. It took over 45 minutes until we were let into a room. They couldn't make keys. The next day the water was off for around 7 hours for a new water heater. There next day it took a long time to get hot water still.

I was a bit disappointed that they could not accommodate my request to be near elevators since I am unable to walk far without assistance, We were placed in the furthest room. Other than that stay was comfortable and staff were very friendly
