Your hotel looked very good and modern. The price in my opinion should have included some kind of breakfast. Room 917 was supposed to be a GOOD room according to the front desk. It had a small window at the end near the 2nd bed. The window overlooked the neighbouring construction projects crane. Not inviting to spend any down time in.

Overall it was a good stay and good choice between a few hotels that we were going back and forth with. It was a renovated suite - everything looked new The staff was always very helpful and provided with all required information when we were checking in. Kids used the pool which was well maintained and cleaning with plenty of clean towels. The only low point was the mattresses in the bed which was not very comfortable- I’d say average. The other thing was supplies and towels in the bathroom weren’t enough for 4 guests. Something they can improve on :) Overall we were happy with the services

Rooms were nice esthetically and clean. Mattresses were well worn and very springy. If you are sleeping with anyone you can feel every movement made. If you are arriving in a truck or an SUV, you cannot park in their parking garage as their height restriction is only 5'9". They will instruct you to use a private lot across the street that costs $40/night but their machines were not working correctly. We ended up having to park two blocks away in a different lot for $50/night. The pool is nice, however it is not monitored. Young adults were drinking on the pool side, and diving and jumping into the pool despite the signs restricting it.

Service was incredible. Loved the fact that the gym was open 24 hrs and the pool opened from 6am-11pm. All hotels should have that option.
