A real gem for a cozy family stay in Ottawa!

It was an amazing family getaway, perfect experience for my husband and I and our three little kids. It's new, clean and modern, just snazzy enough and still super comfortable, real casual chic. We got a room with two Queen beds and a sofa bed, large bright window, spacious washroom (with full size soap pumps in shower), fantastic space for the five of us. The kids were in the pool every day of the stay and was so sad to have to leave. The morning breakfast was wonderful with a variety of foods to satisfy even my picky eaters. I can't say enough about how wonderful all the staff were to making our stay an exceptional one. From the front desk to the housekeeping, including the kitchen staff that will gladly accommodate your requests with a friendly smile. And they really do strive to go the extra mile to accommodate any reasonable requests, and their response time is immediate, if not instant. I highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay there!
