Large, clean rooms with convenient parking. Breakfast was okay but nowhere near enough seating and long lines. Pool is very small and not super clean. No complaints about anything else at this hotel.

Seemed very friendly. There were lots of families staying there. Breakfast was included and was a good variety of food choices. Nice restaurant next door for dinner. Very clean.

Very clean hotel and room. Rates are very competitive. I spent 3 days in Ottawa, and looked forward to returning to my room each night. I will definitely stay here next time Im in town.

Good but housekeeping has no respect

The Hotel is conviently located close to the highway but far enough to not be noizy. Check-in was quick and courteous. The breakfast buffet is good, alot of choices and pretty good food. My only concern is also a warning, housekeeping will still enter your room even if you have the do not disturb sign, we were staying only 2 night and on the first afternoon, having gone to bed late, we slept in in the afternoon. Housekeeping still tried to enter our room, fortunately we had put the door stopper otherwise they would of barged in while we were in bed. Definitely unprofessional.
