The rooms are clean and decently sized. Nothing special or fancy, and could use some updating, but otherwise a comfortable stay. We stay here due to its proximity to Downtown Ottawa, and the staff is friendly.

Quick and friendly check-in, and it was really nice to be able to just park in front of our room and get right in (especially in -20c weather and with hockey equipment)! And the room had everytbing we needed for a comfy nights stay, including a mini fridge for our drinks and snacks. Location was also great with shops and restaurants all around. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus just before a busy hockey day, with bagels, toast, cereals, cheese, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and COFFEE!! Great stay!
