First time staying at the Sheraton in Ottawa, amazing location. Close by to restaurants (walking distance) like Nates Deli, Bier Market, A&W and others nearby, the Sasha Lounge which is inside the hotel is a great choice to eat in if you choose to not go out. Quiet area during the winter not sure in the summer/spring, Transit is nearby, parking at the hotel is available but only valet option which isn't terrible I thought the price was the usual. Rooms are spacious and also service was amazing, steaming options (Netflix, Amazon) builtin to connect to the tv, was able to connect to a fire stick. House keeping for room clean up is available daily. Overall fantastic location to walk around and be 5mins away from Parliament and 15-20mins walk to get to Byward Market.

Bathroom from 1970's with Waterpik showerhead and old beige bathtub. With population aging, a shower bench or at least a handheld showerhead would be the minimum to modernize the bathroom.
