If you’re expecting a hotel don’t book here. It’s nice but very inconvenient for parking being that the garage was under construction and found out as I tried to park. Not really a hotel. It was comfortable but noisy at 5am with garbage bins being rolling around in the alley way. Also a constant humming noise inside the room probably from the Hvac. I guess the red flag was the ear plugs they provided on the side table.

It was a comfortable suite for a family of 4. The kitchen and laundry facilities were a bonus to our 2 nights stay. Staff was very pleasant. Very quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to dining and shopping. Will definitely be back when we visit Ottawa:)

Nice apartment+ location

Sonder Rideau is a nice located apart-hotel. The rooms were good size and clean, the bathroom though could be cleaner. The location is really good, close to many points of interest. The biggest problem is the lack of parking (if you're driving there). There are a lot of open to the public parking lots around but are pretty expensive. The staff did not have all the answers but they were very polite and tried their best. Definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for the second time with my buddies, had a great time. Room was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The game room and gym were great. The kitchen in the room was small but had everything we needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Perfect location if visiting downtown ottawa. Walking distance to a lot of places and also close to bus stops. The room is very well designed and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only negative item would be the lack of pressure in the shower.
