A holiday among the dunes, the North Sea air, and the feeling of coming home<br><br>Welcome to our lovingly renovated holiday home in Noordzeepark Ouddorp—a place where many guests say as soon as they arrive: “You feel right at home here.”<br><br>Quietly situated on a cul-de-sac and just a 15-minute walk from the North Sea beach, which stretches for kilometres, a detached holiday home with approximately 90 m² of living space awaits you—accommodating up to 6 people—ideal for families, friends, and relaxing days by the sea.<br><br>Arrive and simply enjoy your vacation<br><br>Our house is furnished just the way we’d like to spend our own holidays: cosy, well-thought-out, and with many little details that make your stay pleasant. Guests especially appreciate that we’ve really thought of everything—from the fully equipped kitchen and practical storage solutions to cosy nooks and crannies throughout the house and garden.<br><br>Since our holiday home is first and foremost our own family holiday home, we pay attention to many details in terms of amenities and comfort that make your stay more relaxing—from a well-equipped kitchen to cosy nooks and practical details for families.<br><br>The spacious kitchen-dining area is the heart of the home—perfect for shared breakfasts, relaxed evenings cooking, or a rainy day spent enjoying good food and conversation. Many guests tell us they were surprised by how fully equipped the house is—and that they didn’t lack for anything during their stay.<br><br>The bright living area with a large sofa arrangement invites you to relax together after a day at the beach—with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, books, and an atmosphere that’s often described as particularly cosy.<br><br>Our favourite spot: the covered patio<br><br>A real highlight is the fenced-in garden with its south-facing, covered patio. Plenty of seating options, a lounge area, and plenty of privacy make this spot feel like a little outdoor holiday living room.<br><br>Here, the day begins with coffee in the morning sun and ends with a long evening of grilling. And even if the weather happens to be typical North Sea weather, you can still sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet.<br><br>For children, there’s space to play and explore—for adults, space to unwind.<br><br>Many of our guests tell us that the terrace quickly becomes their favourite spot—for breakfast in the morning sun, for reading in the afternoon, or for long summer evenings with a glass of wine.<br><br>Restful sleep & relaxed comfort<br><br>The upper floor features three bedrooms that sleep up to six people. All mattresses were replaced in 2024. The house also features a modernised bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bathroom—practical and comfortable for a family holiday.<br><br>Why guests love Ouddorp<br><br>Ouddorp is one of the most beautiful coastal towns in South Holland—with wide sandy beaches, dunes, bike paths, and a laid-back atmosphere.<br><br>Our personal favourite moment: The roughly 15-minute walk to the beach—first through the peaceful park and then along the dunes. At the top of the dike, the view of the North Sea and the endless sandy beach suddenly opens up—for us, that’s exactly where the holiday feeling begins every time.<br><br>Whether it’s long walks, sunsets, water sports on the Grevelingenmeer, or an evening at one of the restaurants—everyone can find their perfect holiday moment here.<br><br>Even repeat guests appreciate this very blend of tranquility, proximity to the beach, and the feeling of returning time and again to a familiar place.<br><br>A holiday home where you can arrive, feel at ease, and come back again—with a garden, North Sea air, and the feeling of being at home.
