The modern, clean accommodation is on a dairy farm, so we had the opportunity to watch the cows being milked and cheese being made. As a bonus we loved the organic cheese we were given to eat. Our apartment was quite new and had a well stocked kitchen with access to laundry facilities. The farm is located about 1-2 miles from Oudewater, a historic town with several good restaurants.

This property is on a working cheese farm, so there is some animal noise but nothing excessive or more than you would expect from such a location. The farm is on a quiet rural lane which itself is very peaceful but still well located for many attractions around. The room was excellent and the shower was exceptional with excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. Amenities in the room cater for all you would need plus there is a communal quest area over looking the cows in the cowshed (behind glass so no smells!) The family were all very friendly and welcoming and leave a large slice of their own fresh Gouda in the fridge as a welcome. There is also a farm shop so all essentials are available. Would recommend, it was a lovely stay.

Fantastische studio. Schoon verblijf. Met deze temperaturen was de airco meer dan welkom. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Winkel waar ze kaas, vlees en zuivelproducten verkopen. Mooie fietsroutes in de buurt. Een aanrader!

Sehr freundliche Aufnahme beim Einchecken. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage,trotzdem ist man schnell in allen Ecken Südhollands. Großzügige Zimmer und Einrichtung, alles in Topzustand.
