I wasn't able to use my booking because Hotel diaspora doesn't recognize hotels.com, therefore, my money was deducted without service and I would like a refund.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Not much to do really. The bungalow rooms are big but pretty basic. Clean sheets (horrible hard pillows) and bathroom but stains on almost everything else - rugs and chair. No soap in the rooms, had to go beg for it, not sure why we had to do that. Staff and TV pretty much all French so learn some if you don't know any. The management doesn't particularly seem to be trying to be better, seem fine being a bit stuck in the past and providing just basic rooms at a basic price with no entertainment or extras. All in all, with the beach, it's worth the price.
