🏡 Our house is located in Ouistreham, just a 5-minute walk from Riva-Bella beach.

Perfect for up to 10 guests, it features 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and single beds (in two of the three rooms), two single beds in the living room, and 3 private bathrooms.

The house includes a bright living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds (two of which also have a single bed), and three private bathrooms. Two additional single beds are available in the living room.

Each bedroom offers comfort and privacy, making it ideal for families or groups.

You’ll also enjoy a peaceful garden – perfect for breakfast outdoors or unwinding after a beach day.

Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and easy street parking nearby.

Guests have full access to the entire house: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and garden.
Everything is fully private for your comfort and peace of mind.
Self check-in is available via a key box.

🌱 Garden and minor finishing works

In accordance with current French regulations, chemical weedkillers are prohibited for private individuals.
Out of respect for the environment, we have chosen not to use any harmful products.
The garden is therefore maintained naturally, which may result in a slightly more spontaneous appearance.

Some finishing touches are still in progress (notably outside, one shower panel, and a toilet sink). We apologize for any minor ongoing works.

The house is carefully cleaned before each arrival. However, as with any frequently used space, minor imperfections may remain.
This does not affect the quality or comfort of the accommodation.

If needed, feel free to contact us – we remain available to assist you throughout your stay.

Photos were taken in the property at a specific point in time. The space may evolve slightly while maintaining the same level of comfort and amenities.

One shower tray is stained

Bed linen is not ironed, so may appear wrinkled

The building façade is undergoing work (no noise disturbances)

A €800 security deposit will be requested upon key handover. It will be returned to you upon departure.
