The room was very nice, bed very comfortable and room was very room. Not able to adjust temperature. No handicapped parking. Conveniently located near msrket and cathedral. Stayed 1 night during travel.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I asked about sauna and they were very helpful in explaining it to me (as someone who never used one before). They also gave me a breakfast box for my early train. Loved it there and wouls stay again!

From check-in to check-out the experience was lovely. Friendly staff, great breakfast, delicious cocktails, short walking distance to the train and restaurants. If we ever pass thru Oulu again, we would definitely stay here.
