Je voyageais avec ma famille, composĂ©e de ma femme et de nos quatre enfants. À notre arrivĂ©e, j’ai malheureusement constatĂ© que l’hĂŽte ne s’était pas prĂ©sentĂ© pour nous accueillir. J'ai tentĂ© de le joindre Ă  plusieurs reprises via les moyens de contact fournis, mais il est restĂ© injoignable. J’ai contactĂ© l’assistance et idem l’hĂŽte est restĂ© injoignable. De plus, les 500 derniers mĂštres sont difficilement praticables en voiture. Cette situation a causĂ© une grande gĂȘne et m’a obligĂ© Ă  chercher un autre hĂ©bergement en urgence, ce qui a engendrĂ© des coĂ»ts supplĂ©mentaires imprĂ©vus. C’est honteux !!
