The room looked a little older but was very clean, it had a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig Coffeemachine with lots of coffee, hot chocolate and tea. It was refilled every day. Staff was really nice, I really loved the heated pool and hot springs with the beautiful view of the mountains. We had Breakfast Buffet included and it was really great. Lots of choices and something new every day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great, friendly staff in all areas. Very clean. Lighting in the main rooms was POOR. We couldn’t even read the directions for the coffee pot without a flashlight. Lighting in the BATHROOM was GREAT. Would like to have know prior to reserving the room-how far it was from the main part of the hotel. (We all were in our 80’s). Suggest a safety lock on the main door to the unit. MANY towels which was GREAT.

We love the hot springs pools but don't like staying at the river view building esp. the 2nd floor. As we are older and have to carry our belongings up the too step stairs. They are not safe.

Great location snd convenient to everything in Ouray. Rooms are on the smaller side but given that you are mostly outdoors it doesn’t matter. Great breakfast!
