Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The check in is not convenient. We have to go to another location to check in. No WiFi. Upon check in, we found garbage on the top of the closet, and the bath towel has plenty of holes. The AC is not working. No extra blanket in the room. So we went to another location to ask for extra blankets and one clean tidy towel two times, they promised to send them over, no one came. No cups in the WC at all. No place for soap within the shower area. We stayed for two nights, very noisy, always woke up by the others. No landline phone at all, if you have any emergency, no way to call. This was our worst hotel experience. We don’t expect luxury, we just want basic. Honestly, we want our money back.
