I found a dirty pillow case under the quilt. The pillows all smelled. I was on the first floor and I'm thankful I checked the window because it was left unlocked. Talk about not being safe.

The photos in my Expedia app weren’t anywhere close to the room I booked a one room suite with an in room tub according to the picture and it ended up being a two room suite with fireplace. Not all that bad but I wanted the tub. So it was hard for me as a tired traveler but property was clean and quiet.

Thad a stay with you guys April 2,2025-April 5,2025 my name is Elizabeth Harms. My card was wrongfully charged upon check in and I wasn't aware until l contacted my bank for a suspicious charge made by your hotel. I was told it was going to be put back into my account which is great but i was also told it never was suppose to happen by another employee just wondering what can be done for this as I trusted my card was only going to be used to verify that it was the one to make the reservation.
